Jeffry A. Beene, Chief Compliance Officer and EVP of NetSecure Payments, Inc.
Mr. Beene is an executive with 20 years of proven experience within the merchant acquiring industry as a visionary and result-oriented risk and operations executive. Notable strengths are his abilities at managing systematic investigations, implementation of “back office” systems, business relationships, loss prevention, compliance regulations, customer satisfaction and risk management while ensuring smooth workflow and relationship with other key executives of an organization.
Prior to this position he was Executive Vice President of Operations at FrontStream Payments and President and Chief Compliance Officer at High Risk Experts Processing. Prior to joining HRE, he was the Vice President of Security & Compliance for Genpass Technologies Inc. Mr. Beene was previously employed by Bridgeview Payment Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bridgeview Bank and Trust, serving as its Senior Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Beene is one of the founding members of the Merchant Acquirer Committee (MAC) and is actively involved with the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA.) He has served on the ETA’s Risk & Fraud Management as its vice-chairman, Government Relations, Industry Relations and New Member committees.
He has also served as an Executive Advisory Board member for the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI.) Mr. Beene was also involved in establishing the Federal Trade Commission’s Internet Investigation Training for Credit Card Industry Members program and a member of Visa USA and MasterCard International’s Fraud Reduction Committee and Counterfeit Reduction Committee.
